Milena Govich

 

Milena Govich, a Serbian actor, director and singer was born on on October 29 in 1976. She is well-known for her role in the role of NYPD Detective Nina Cassady in Law & Order.



 



 Education and early childhood



 Govich was born in Norman County, Oklahoma. Her parents were Dr. Bruce Michael Govich, who died in 1998, as well as Dr. Marilyn Green Govich,[2] are professors of music: Bruce was a professor at the University of Oklahoma and Marilyn currently teaches voice at the University of Central Oklahoma. Her father was Serbian and her mother has Scottish and English heritage. Milica Govich Her aunt, who is also an actress . She has been on Broadway as well as television and film.



 



 Milena graduated from Norman High School in 1995 as valedictorian in her class. Following her academic family she graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma as valedictorian. This time, she received the double degree of performance and premedical sciences, and the minor of dancing and violin. Govich made the move to New York City after graduation to pursue an acting career.
